SHIPPING RATE

We ship flat rate to the US and Canada ($19.99). Orders $79+ (US orders) get free shipping! Your order will ship via USPS or UPS and will always include tracking. We try our best to package and ship orders in ~72 hours. Note that if you place your order Tuesday–Friday it is likely we will be able to ship quicker than that!

*Handzy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS or UPS for help on recovery of packages via your tracking email. 

FULFILLMENT

Once an order has been placed we cannot change the fulfillment method. If you have placed an order and paid for shipping but you would like to pick it up instead, please email us at hello@handzyshopstudio.com immediately so that we can cancel your original order. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. You'll then need to place a new order for local pickup.

If you have placed an order for local pickup but you would like to have it shipped instead, please email us at hello@handzyshopstudio.com immediately so that we can cancel your original order. You'll then need to place a new order and select shipping during checkout.
