Returns & Fulfillment
We have a 14-day return policy. All online returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at email@example.com (in-person returns do not need to be pre-authorized via email) and the return package must be postmarked within 14 days after the delivery of your order. If you placed your order online for local pickup you have 14 days from the date your order was placed to return or cancel your item(s). If more than 14 days have passed unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received them with the tags on.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you'll need to place a new order for the item in the size that you need and return the original item. Please note that you still must complete your return within the 14-day return window. If you have any sizing questions please let us know before placing your order so that we can help you best select the size you need!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Your return will only be processed once we receive and inspect the item(s) you've returned. At that time you will be notified via email of your refund.
Final Sale Items:
All sale priced items are final sale. There will be no refunds or exchanges on sale priced items. If you have any questions about sizing don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will provide as much information as possible to make sure your purchase is informed! We're happy to help! Other final sale items include face masks, shoes, jewelry, bralettes, hair accessories, gift cards, workshops, secondhand clothing and some personal care items.

We only ship within the US and charge a $5 flat rate shipping fee. If your order fulfills from both of our retail locations you will be charged $10 at checkout and refunded $5 when we fulfill your order. Your order will ship via USPS and will always include tracking. We try our best to package and ship orders in ~72 hours. Note that if you place your order Tuesday–Saturday it is likely we will be able to ship quicker than that!
*Handzy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages via your tracking email.
If you are placing an order online with items from both locations (product pages and the cart page will show you where items are available) then it will not allow you to choose local pickup. If you want to pick up your order, you will need to place two separate orders and pick up each order from its respective location.
Once an order has been placed we cannot change the fulfillment method. If you have placed an order and paid for shipping but you would like to pick it up instead, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can cancel your original order. You'll then need to place a new order for pickup using the instructions above.
If you have placed an order for local pickup but you would like to have it shipped instead, please email us at email@example.com so that we can cancel your original order. You'll then need to place a new order and select shipping during checkout.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept all major credit cards in store and online. We also accept Paypal and AfterPay for online transactions, and we also accept ApplePay and cash in store. We do not accept checks.
