Cool Blue is hand-painted with high-pigment watercolor on cold-pressed recycled watercolor paper, this print technique was created in a naive fashion where we let the paintbrush do the work. Sometimes not having a plan is the best plan for a layered watercolor piece of art. We are obsessed with this perfect color story of cornflower blue, rich clay, and deep teal with touches of ochre. She is even more beautiful in person—the fabric holds just the right amount of sheen and the way the light hits this beauty, the colors pop right off the dress!
